About Us
We are Duber & Elijah. We began our journey in 2015, Our Scope of work includes video for many Special Events such as Quinceñeras, Sweet 16s, Music Videos, Business Promos, Commercial Ads, and Travel Videos.
With a lot of energy, passion and excitement we started together with our videography adventure!

Elijah
Elijah is a full time filmmaker and learning enthusiast based in New York City. He loves the creative process of turning numerous clips into a single watchable narrative. Nothing excites Elijah more than studying high quality camera bodies, lenses, and other filmmaking tools.
He started his filmmaking career in 2015 by recording small hangouts, New York City Landmarks, and Conventions such as New York Comic Con. After attending the University at Albany, he quickly received a position as Assistant Videographer for the University’s Media department. There he learned professional & industry standard methods of Video Production & Editing. After co-founding Time Cap Productions, he began to focus his filmmaking skills on capturing Special Events, Promos, Music Video, & Travel Videos and continued this endeavor after graduating. As new clients came, new & exciting projects began to challenge his craft.
The filmmaker’s current arsenal consists of the Canon R5 for 4k video quality, and the Ronin RS2 stabilizer for smooth camera movement.
Duber
Duber is the head of Operations here at Time Cap Productions. A man who is driven to deliver and maintain quality. Duberney has been working behind the scenes since 2015 to ensure that the logistics of reaching out to clients and maintaining deliverables all run smoothly. He also maintains the design and efficiency of the website, along with all social media pages.
Duber has experience in creating Live Streams, exploring the latest LIVE VIDEO technology and utilizing this knowledge in aiding his music teaching career. His organizational skills comes in maintaining his own self made music studio in NYC. These skills have helped Time Cap Productions to orderly push its content to new cliental.
This operations manager is also known to assist on the field in shooting quality content and assist in the editing room in piecing together clips.
